Kelli Rae Adams engages art making as a form of contemplative practice, approaching the creative process as one of internal excavation as much as external manifestation. Responding to her experience of the world through the unique material presence of clay and utilizing this to invite others into moments of attuned awareness and pause, she creates works that reveal a unity beyond rationality.
